A local resident association has been struggling for the last two years to get Network Rail to undertake essential works adjacent the station. The works such as the walls of the bridge require pointing and decorating. There are areas prone to litter and resultant rats-vermin. The area requires suitable fencing and landscaping etc. Given the difficulties residents are facing with Network Rail, is there some way TfL can get involved to help resolve the issues and expedite the matter for the much needed improvement works the residents' association and the local community are pressing for?

Sudbury and Harrow station is owned by Network Rail (NR) and managed by Chiltern Railways. TfL has no jurisdiction over the management of the station or the surrounding land. However, I have asked TfL to raise the issue with NR, to ask NR to get in touch with you directly to progress this matter.
