The London Legacy Development Corporation takes its commitments to transparency seriously and regularly publishes documentation on how it spends money including monthly spend above set thresholds - incorporating fees for consultants, contractors and other organisations we work with.

The Legacy Corporation is unable to publish full details of the agreements between the E20 Stadium LLP and West Ham United at this time due to commercial sensitivities.

The Legacy Corporation is working to turn the Stadium into a vibrant venue, with many uses including athletics, rugby and community events as well as football. West Ham United will be the main winter concessionaire and E20 Stadium LLP has already released details of the agreement including job targets, commitments to community events and the financial contribution made to the Stadium transformation by West Ham. Where it can release further details of the agreement in the future, without impacting on commercial negotiations relating to the Stadium, it will do so.
