Question

While I welcome the decision to not sell Raynesfield in Raynes Park, what will happen to those residents who had already vacated their properties as they had been served eviction notices, and can you offer reassurance that both these and the residents who stayed at Raynesfield will now be offered long term tenancies to clarify their status?

While MOPAC remains the owner of the properties, Crown Simmons is the landlord and the proper relationship is between the tenants and them. As such, the decision about whether tenants who moved out of Raynesfield can move back in would be a matter for them. Similarly, the lengths of tenancies offered would be determined by Crown Simmons.
