What representations have you made to the UK insurance regulators to change the rules governing so-called 'captive insurance companies' insuring solely in-house risks, such as TfL's offshore insurance subsidiary LTI (Guernsey) Ltd, since you consider the current UK rules to be overly "onerous"(MQ 2014/3607)?
