There is no current work with HMRC focused on uncovering a lack of compliance with the National Minimum Wage for migrant workers in these sectors in London. I support National Minimum Wage compliance in London.

On the London Living Wage, I have focused my efforts on this voluntary scheme for employers. Working with the Living Wage Foundation, I have successfully promoted uptake of the London Living Wage during my time in office and have reached new sectors and all types of employers over the last year. Hospitality will be a key focus of this work in 2015.
