In his Autumn Statement, the Chancellor confirmed the extension of the voucher scheme to  March 2016. Although London's underspend will not be carried forward into the new financial year, £40million will be made available nationally. Based on current performance as compared to other cities, London will be well positioned to bid for a significant proportion of the £40million in 2015/16.
