The mini-Holland programme is part of my Cycling Vision to improve cycling developments across the capital.  Waltham Forest's Mini-Holland programme is progressing. The Lea Bridge Road cycle route scheme is one of the borough's priority Mini-Holland projects and TfL is working with the borough to bring forward funding into this financial year (2014/15) to progress this and other schemes.  Outline designs for the Lea Bridge Road scheme have been produced, with safety being one of the key considerations.

The borough is also currently consulting on two further Mini-Holland projects: Pembroke Village pilot and Ruckholt Road pilot schemes, both of which would be implemented by June 2015.
