Question

Given that Vauxhall Bus Station is second only to Hammersmith in terms of the number of travellers using this as an interchange between Underground, Overground and bus travel, do you accept that the consultation on these changes should cover a far greater area?

When deciding who to target in any such consultation TfL looks to see who is affected and how they are affected. In this instance we would consult with local residents and businesses, those who work in Vauxhall and also those who use it as an interchange.

TfL will ensure they reach people using Vauxhall as part of their journey, by sending the online consultation details to all those who have registered their Oyster card and use services through Vauxhall.  Anyone who wishes to engage with the consultation will be able to access information online or attend drop-in sessions and public meetings.
