The A&E Departments in London are failing to meet their four hour targets due to lack of NHS beds. However, it is widely reported in the media, that Imperial College Health Trusts plan to reduce NHS beds. This will lead to further health inequalities, what steps is the Mayor taking to protect these vital services?
