Answer for Fuel Poverty

The Mayor

Around 48% of visits to residents in phase 1 of RE:NEW (2009/10 to 2012/13) and 58% of those in phase 2 (2012/13 to 2014/15) were to residents in fuel poverty. The definition of 'fuel poverty' is based on proxy indicators, such as whether or not residents were in receipt of benefits.
