Given the cost implications for both the private tenant and the public finances, do you agree that covenants should be placed on council homes sold through Right to Buy to ensure that they do not end up being let through the private rented sector?

No. I fail to see how reducing the number of homes available for private rent will have a positive impact on either private tenants or the public finances. I also do not see why those who purchase their homes through Right to Buy should not have the same rights and freedoms with regard to their home as any other home owner.
