The three architects appointed to examine a potential vision for a future Heathrow were Hawkins\Brown, Maccreanor Lavington and Rick Mather Architects. They were each paid £30,000.

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) were paid £95,500 to examine a number of detailed potential redevelopment scenarios for the Heathrow site.  This included payment to Peter Brett Associates.
