Do you support the action being taken by Islington Council to tackle stationary idling vehicles, where fixed penalty notices are now being issued to drivers who fail to turn off their vehicle's engine after being asked to do so by an authorised officer?

Local authorities are authorised to stop the idling of stationary vehicles and can issue fixed penalty notices. I support Islington Council in their endeavour to tackle stationary idling vehicles and encourage other boroughs to take similar action.
