One of the objectives of my 'Equal Life Chance for All' framework is to have a workforce in the GLA that is representative of London's communities. The Head of Paid Service is working hard to deliver against this objective and we have already done a significant amount.

I am aware that the London Assembly scrutinise progress through the GLA Oversight Committee and that the 25 June meeting received a report setting out some of the excellent work that the organisation is currently doing. I will ask the Head of Paid Service to respond separately on this question and outline any other work the GLA is doing to ensure it attracts the highest calibre of diverse applicants.
