What is the cost of installing a new countdown screen at a bus shelter? And what is TfL's total expenditure on a) installing and b) maintaining the screens over the past 4 years?

TfL has no funding in place to increase the number of Countdown signs at stops. However, London boroughs have been offered the option of leasing new signs through secured S106 funding or alternative private funding streams. Each Countdown sign costs £8,300, including installation and maintenance until 2020.
