In total there are 13,512 directly accredited landlords in London as follows:

London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS)               13,040

National Landlords Association                                                454

Residential Landlords Association                                                  18

In addition the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme has also accredited approximately 1,000 letting agents, although we have, as yet, no data on how many landlords these agents represent.

We do not yet have numbers of accredited agents for the other four letting agent accreditation providers, as they are operating as accreditation schemes for the first time under the London Rental Standard.

So since its launch last month, we already have 14,512 accredited landlords and letting agents in London. My officers are working to increase that number.
