Your manifesto claimed that, "I will… work closely with the new regulator to ensure that London's assets are protected for London, and with a wide range of partners across the sector and the Government to fully utilise City Hall and boroughs' new powers to ensure London continues to deliver affordable homes for low and middle-income Londoners." What progress has been made on delivering this pledge?

We have made excellent progress and are on course to deliver my manifesto commitment of 100,000 affordable homes over two terms.
