How many hospitals in London still do not share data with the MPS as agreed in the 2010 Nationwide plan? Please list the hospital trusts.

According to a report published in December 2013, 13 out of the 32 hospital trusts referenced in the report, were identified as "Not data sharing and no evidence of a work programme."
