Is the Mayor of the belief there will be sufficient bus and Underground capacity in peak hours between Charing Cross and London Bridge to cope with the non-stopping of trains at London Bridge during its redevelopment? How many commuters to SE1 do TfL expect to be affected by these works?

TfL is currently working with the national rail operators and the Department of Transport to assess how many commuters will be affected; what the potential implications will be for the Jubilee Line; and whether additional bus services will need to be provided.

This assessment will conclude later this year.
