As stated in my response to question MQ 4000 / 2013, TfL continues to improve how it communicates lift closure information to customers both before and during their journeys. TfL features this information on its live travel news web page, in its Twitter feeds, on station update boards and announcements, as a syndicated data feed for app developers, and as part of its free text and email travel alert service.

TfL is also committed to transparency about its operations which includes publication of comprehensive data showing how the network is performing. This includes data on lift reliability, which can be found in the periodic performance reports published on TfL's website at: http://www.tfl.gov.uk/corporate/modesoftransport/londonunderground/1592.aspx.
