Question

Your answer to my previous question 2014/0496, in which I asked you what steps would be taken to help people pay bus fares before boarding cashless buses, offered no such steps. Given the concerns about the number of Oyster Ticket Stops open in outer London and particularly at night, will you rethink this disappointing "do-nothing" approach?

Alongside the steps set out in the answer to question 2014/0496, TfL has carried out a review of the Oyster Ticket Stop network and a further 16 new agents were appointed during January and February 2014.
