London Development Database data shows that, last year, housing completions in London fell to the lowest level ever recorded by the LDD, a figure lower than even that recorded during the global financial crisis. What are you going to do to reverse this downward trend that has emerged since you became Mayor?

The London Development Database shows that the lowest level of completions for conventional homes over recent years was in fact in 2010/11, when the impact of the credit crunch bit the hardest, and delivery was higher than that in both the following two years.  The Further Alterations to the London Plan I have recently published set very ambitious targets to increase housing delivery.
