LB Harrow is the Highway Authority for Mollison Way and is responsible for works carried out on the road.

The feasibility study undertaken by Harrow as part of the Mollison Way Major Scheme, implemented  in 2012, identified issues along the whole stretch of the road including  traffic congestion, delays to buses, parking issues and lack of facilities for pedestrians and cyclists. However, limits on the available funding meant it was not possible to treat the whole road at that time.

The Borough has therefore requested LIP funding from TfL in 2013/14 to undertake the next stage of works between Turner Road and Cotman Gardens.  Any future investment through the LIP or other funding sources is dependent upon the Borough prioritising this in line with LIPs Guidance.
