Question

I have had complaints that staff will not assist wheelchair users on to the slow trains on this line and that this is because the ramps are not suitable for the new stock. What action is being taken to ensure the ramps are replaced with ones which are fit for purpose and when will it be ready?

As part of the work to provide a turn-up-and-go assistance service across the London Overground network (which launched 14 March 2014) there are now ramps at all of the stations on the line and staff available and trained to use them.
