My officers are currently considering the various options for establishing a Mayoral Development Corporation (MDC) at Old Oak Common.  A paper on this was presented to the GLA's Investment Performance Board on 20 Februrary and has been published (ref: http://www.london.gov.uk/moderngov/documents/s34036/16_IPB%20Old%20Oak%20MDC_%20cover%20paper.pdf).

A series of meetings are now being set up with the Leaders and senior officers from each of the three Councils (Hammersmith and Fulham, Brent and Ealing) as well as meetings with the relevant London Assembly members.  These meetings will happen over the next month leading to a formal public consultation during the summer.  Subject to the outcome of detailed consultation and engagement over the coming months, and securing parliamentary sign-off later in the year, the current aspiration is for the MDC to formally take on its powers on 1 April 2015.
