I am working closely with the Living Wage Foundation to identify priority actions for the coming year and determine which employers to approach and in which sectors. I will be writing to employers primarily in the retail and hospitality sectors in the coming year, in addition to London's premier league football clubs as per the request of this Assembly. My Deputy Mayor for Business and Enterprise will be addressing the British Hospitality and Tourism Association's Summit this Summer, at which he will be raising the London Living Wage and Apprenticeships campaigns as a key priority. Beyond this, I encourage all employers, including those in the construction sector, to consider adopting the London Living Wage for their employees.
