Question

Is it appropriate  that different levels of compensation  are being  offered to different people based not on how much light will be lost but by how much the resident knows of their legal rights?  For example a barrister has been  offered upwards of £27K while other residents' offers  have started at around £5K.

Again, I note that Rights to Light is a civil matter, which as the local planning authority, I do not have jurisdiction over.
