Further to your answer to Plenary Question 73 / 2013, on what dates have you discussed this matter with Barnet; on what dates have TfL officers discussed this matter with Barnet; will you publish all correspondence with  Barnet and the developers about this; and what is the present position?

Provision was made for step-free access at Mill Hill East when planning permission for the Inglis Barracks development site was granted in June 2011.  However, this was subject to a viability review mechanism - in effect it is dependent on the funding that the developer is able to generate from the site.

At this stage TfL is awaiting a further update from Barnet Council on progress.  I have asked that they continue to pursue this update, however, I would stress that TfL is now dependent on progress with the development. TfL is ready to proceed with feasibility work on a step-free access scheme at the point that it becomes clear that funding is available.
