All stations will be staffed and controlled at all times with staff freed up from behind closed doors and glass windows to focus on customer service where needed on any part of the station - be that in ticket halls, at ticket machines, on the gatelines or on platforms.  The proposals do not introduce any safety risk whatsoever.
