Do you think Andrew Adonis' resurrection of the proposal to build a new town on brownfield land at Ebbsfleet will be enough to solve London's housing crisis, or will we need many more new houses built in the coming decades?

A new town outside London, such as this proposal for one at Ebbsfleet, would, if built, increase housing supply in the South East. But, on its own, it would clearly not be enough to meet London's housing need in the coming decades. That is why I have launched my Housing Strategy to help hardworking Londoners.
