I have already lobbied Government on the Uses Classes Order along the lines you suggest with respect to betting shops.

In respect to London, I have introduced a new policy in the draft Further Alterations to the London Plan. This will support boroughs in managing negative impacts associated with clusters and over-concentrations of any particular use or activity, such as pay day loan shops, where they have identified, harmful impacts on town centre vitality and viability.
