Question

In June I asked about what metrics you would use to monitor, and judge the success of, the new Local Policing Model [MQ 2013/2308]. You stated that "A benefits realisation dashboard is used to monitor the success of the Local Policing Model (LPM). Each benefit has an associated set of measures". Please publish these "benefits realisation dashboards" for each borough.

The Neighbourhoods Benefits Dashboard uses current performance indicators to monitor progress of the Local Policing Model. The measures are collated at Territorial Policing level (rather than at a borough level) to provide strategic oversight of the Local Policing Model.

Borough level information on indicators such as neighbourhood crimes, police officer numbers, public confidence and complaints can be found on the MPS website and the London Data Store.
