Your answer to my previous question 2014/0503 in which I asked what lessons have been learned from the failure of the Bombardier signalling contract you said, "…TfL is reviewing lessons learned as a key element of the new procurement process now under way…". Can you say specifically what lessons have been learned by Transport for London?
