There are almost 4,000 Oyster Ticket Stops located around the London Bus Network with extensive coverage over all parts of London and outside the London boundary. Reviews are completed regularly to make sure sufficient Oyster Ticket Stops remain widely available with a review planned for March to explore opportunities for greater coverage.

Areas in Outer London / outside the London boundary will be focussed on in particular, since cash use on routes that cross the GLA boundary is 2.4 per cent compared to the network average of 1 per cent.

In selecting Oyster Ticket Stops, TfL seeks as far as possible to include those convenience stores which open late into the evening.
