Written response from the Mayor My London Plan already sets stretching targets towards zero carbon development and seeks to ensure developments consider the potential risks from climate change such as flooding, less water resources and overheating. These policies in my London Plan are further supported by my draft Supplementary Planning Guidance on Sustainable Design and Construction. Therefore, at this stage I do not consider it necessary to update my London Plan and mitigation and adaptation policies.
