Officers are drafting a response which will be sent shortly.

Written response from the Mayor 04 September 2013. The electricity supply to Source London charge points is managed, arranged and paid for at a local level by the owner of the charge point, not TfL. The electricity supplier, the tariff and the use of renewable sources of electricity to supply charge points is determined by each of the 64 Source London scheme partners.

TfL is not privy to the supply contracts between Source London scheme partners and their energy suppliers. As such, TfL does not know if there are requirements within each scheme partners supply contract for the provision of low-carbon or renewable electricity or supply from London specific low-carbon generators.
