Written response from the Mayor My Peer Outreach Team is currently engaged in and leading on nearly thirty, pan-London projects, all of which aim to effect change and challenge the negative stereotypes that some people have about young people. On a regular basis, the Team engages with and works alongside varied projects and programmes that provide services to young people. These include the Youth offending Team, Youth Entrepreneurship, media and promotional activities in the Borough of Haringey. Several Peer Outreach Team members are Haringey residents who currently volunteer on other projects within their Borough and across London.
