Written response from the Mayor No it is not. The Alterations have been made to ensure we can continue to deliver affordable housing for Londoners despite funding constraints. Both the REMA and my affordable homes programme seek to maximise affordable housing delivery, making the best use of available resources and delivering as many family homes as possible at rent levels at or around those of traditional social rent.
