The Mayor

Written response from the Mayor The London Rental Standard sets out clear requirements for all accreditation schemes to have procedures for dealing with complaints. However, these requirements inevitably vary a little between schemes that accredit landlords, those that accredit managing agents and those that accredit lettings agents. The steering group that has been set up to develop the standard will keep all these requirements under review.
