Question

What action will you take to assist Oyster Pay-As-You Go customers who have railway season tickets who tell me that to change from Overground to Southeastern trains they have to 'touch out' at the station entrance rather than at a stand-alone Oyster terminal at the platform interchange?

The Mayor

Written response from the Mayor TfL believes the layout of the Oyster devices at this station, which is operated by Southeastern, to be reasonable and in line with standard practice.

The Oyster devices include a validator for the use of interchange passengers.

If you have been contacted by individual constituents, perhaps the details of their concerns could be passed to TfL so that any specific issues can be considered more fully.
