The Mayor

I was delighted to visit Ealing Studios recently, home to the world's oldest working film studio - and one which remains as successful as ever, with productions such as Downton Abbey currently being shot there. Through my agency Film London, I am focused on attracting business to the capital through the production industries. Film London works closely with Ealing Council's Film Office to ensure Ealing continues to be a thriving film production centre, and it will continue to do so. A cultural landmark in Ealing to showcase the area's film historic and contemporary film heritage could be a fantastic addition for the area and drive tourism with the right business case and funding model in place.
