NHS bosses have themselves described the 111 service as 'fragile'. Are you satisfied that it is providing callers with appropriate medical advice?

I understand from NHS England (London) that NHS 111 uses the same clinical assessments as the majority of 999 call centres and that an independent evaluation of NHS 111 deemed the service to be delivering appropriate clinical outcomes.
