I call on all employers in London, including Carlisle, to pay employees at least the London Living Wage. The contract with Carlisle for cleaning on the DLR is the responsibility of the current DLR franchisee, Serco Limited.

This franchise is due to end in September 2014 and I will ensure that the new franchise specifies that employees of all sub-contractors are paid at least the London Living Wage
