Will the Mayor instruct representatives of TfL to meet me along with long suffering residents in Heathrow Villages in the London Borough of Hillingdon to discuss the appalling state of disrepair of Bath Road on TfL's Red Route?

Yes. TfL is aware of the condition of Bath Road and has scheduled areas for resurfacing by September 2014. I asked TfL to look at the possibility of bringing the works forward, but unfortunately, this cannot be done as there is a very specific programme of works in place. TfL has to prioritise its resurfacing works and target the roads in the poorest condition first. However, in the interim period, TfL will inspect Bath Road regularly to ensure it is safe and serviceable.
