Question

Given that the Mayor did not answer my question on Modal Shift in West London (MQT 644/2013), but did so when I asked him a much narrower question in regard to the number of Stage 1 statements on developments of strategic importance that were determined not to comply with the London Plan on the basis of excess parking provision undermining modal shift to public transport in the London Borough of Hillingdon in 20012/13, will he outline the same for the London Borough of Hillingdon in 2011/12.

I considered seven stage I reports for applications in Hillingdon in 2011/12. Of these three of these had compliant/acceptable parking levels, two were in line with London Plan standards but a reduction was sought, one was a hybrid application where parking was identified for one plot and was broadly acceptable and not identified for the other plots which needed to be shown and for one application parking was excessive.
