I understand from Public Health England that MMR uptake in London has increased significantly in recent years. Figures for 2011/12 (latest available) by former London PCT areas can be found at: https://catalogue.ic.nhs.uk/publications/public-health/immunisation/nhs-...

I recently met my statutory health advisor, Dr Yvonne Doyle (London Regional Director, Public Health England) to discuss rates of measles in London. I have issued a statement in support of the Public Health England's national MMR catch-up programme to boost further uptake.
