The most recent set of amendments to the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2012 should not make an appreciable difference to the amounts I expect to raise from my CIL. The Government has recently issued a consultation paper on further reforms to the CIL, which officers are currently considering - but the preliminary view is that none of the changes suggested by the Government should make a significant difference in terms of amounts collected.
