I am pleased to advise that the broken gate was rectified by the 5 May. The work was carried out 6 weeks after it was reported. Whilst less than the ten weeks stated, TfL is disappointed with the time taken by its contractor to undertake the repair and will be taking steps to ensure that such repairs are completed more rapidly in future.
