Are TfL or other GLA Group bodies entitled to occupy commercial advertising space at TfL stations for free as part of agreements with CBS Outdoor and JCDecaux? (Excluding spaces reserved for public announcements, maps, and so on). If yes, how many advertising spaces at TfL stations are TfL or other GLA Group bodies entitled to occupy?

Under the terms of its commercial advertising contract with CBS Outdoor, TfL is entitled to occupy unsold commercial advertising sites at LU stations. TfL supplies non date sensitive material to CBS Outdoor which is posted free of charge on unsold sites as and when they are available. This material remains on display until CBS Outdoor sells the sites or TfL requests its removal.
