We have allocated £15.7m to bring empty homes back into use and as part of the Building the Pipeline bidding round we anticipate making further allocations to organisations including community groups to bring properties back into use.

The majority of delivery through this programme is planned for the last two years, but last year 10 homes have been brought back into use.

According to the latest published local authority figures, empty homes account for 2.12 per cent of all housing stock in the capital.
